Comments:  In this poster President Woodrow Wilson is  pictured in a charcoal drawing and endorses the Red Cross Christmas Roll Call. His facsimile signature  is under his summons. This looks better than the picture (see note on condition below).

Condition: This photograph was taken while the poster was shrink wrapped and gives poor color reproduction, the background is a uniform cream color. The wrinkles near the edges are caused by paper tape reinforcing the back edges, removal of the tape would relieve the tension.
